Book Review: A thoroughly entertaning read, with a few minor flaws
Summary: 4 Stars

This book is in my estimate second only to City of the Dead in the series. First off I'd like to inform others that I read this book in less than 24 hours, my record for the shortest time I've ever read a book. This is a very fast paced and entertaining book! One of the best features of the book was its logical explanations of nearly every occurence in the game and even moreso. In addition, the humor thrown in added a nice and genuinely funny touch. A reason I enjoy the series so much is that it throws out the B-movie-star-voiced-over stereotype characters from the games and brings them to life, displaying their full emotions and with problems and reactions a lot of people can relate to. That factor is also present here. One thing that disappointed me was the lack of description during some of the game's most exciting moments, such as Claire's first encounter with the Bandersnatch. Also, some of the plot in the book is confusing if you haven't played or don't own the game. This book is best experienced in culmination with the game, but also an excellent read by itself. Highly recommended!!!
