Book Review: It's a kid's book!
Summary: 5 Stars
I put this on my wish-list thinking it was a costuming book, when in actuality it a children's book on medieval dress. No help to me in my reenacting, but it has some excellent, accurate information in it that's not biased against medieval people, like a lot of general or children's medieval books (like "medieval people didn't love their children" and "medieval people never bathed"). In fact, it specifically talks about medieval soap!
Great book for your medieval kiddie, but don't slip up as I did and get it for yourself!
