I read this on a girls' weekend with my college friends, and it couldn't have been a more perfect pick for the occasion! It combines everything I love about Sex and the City and The Devil Wears Prada. Weisberger brilliantly portrays the friendships between Leigh, Emmy, and Adriana, and develops the pact they make to help each other change their lives with excellent skill. I'm sending each of my friends a copy!Book Review: This book was adorable!!

I can't believe all the bad reviews as well...this was a great read, I liked it even better than Devil Wears Prada. I think all the negative reviews are unjust, it was a cute, funny book, and I didn't think it was boring at all. I wouldn't have read/bought this book based on all the bad reviews but my friend (thanks JB!) gave it to me and recommended it. I'm glad she did!Book Review: Ignore Bad Reviews !! One of the greatest and best written chick lit books I have ever read. Funny, witty and still full of sensitivity, it follows Leigh, Emmy and Adriana who despite having seemingly perfect relationships, all struggle against what they should or shouldn't be doing and reconciling what looks good to society and what feels right for them. Great read, highly recommended.Book Review: Great chick book! Something every women can relate too!

I am not much of a reader but i bought this book because i was driving with my husband from texas to california and i needed some entertainment. I finished this book in 2 days and i could not bring myself to tear myself away. This book also includes some amazing sex scenes. Lauren Weinberger is an amazing author! But I loved this book. I can't believe the bad reviews its getting. I just finished - couldn't put it down all day. The characters - while they might be self centered and a bit selfish - are completely lovable, and the story was great. I loved the ending. It did remind me a bit of Sex and the City, but since I'm a fan of that, I loved this!
