Book Reviews of Certain Girls: A NovelBook Review: loved it Summary: 5 Stars
I enjoyed this book a lot. I'm okay with the ending that so many people disliked. Maybe it is a matter of personal preference, but I found the book to be light enough to escape when I was tired, and it still went beyond some of the shallow subject matter of its genre.
Book Review: Certain girls Summary: 5 Stars
This book is very thought provoking, seeing how a book written many years ago by one of the main characters affects the lives of that writer, still, then her daughter, who's going through a lot of growing up herself. A very good book.
Book Review: L-o-v-e-d! Summary: 5 Stars
It made me cry out loud, laugh out loud, and feel like I spent time with an old friend, Cannie Shapiro! Thanks for writing another one, JW! I hope to hear from Cannie again some day. What a gift!
Book Review: Absolutely loved it!! Summary: 5 Stars
I loved this book. I can't wait to read it again. I found myself laughing outloud so many times. It hit home with teenage girls. I enjoyed this book even more than good in bed.
Book Review: Freaking Good! Summary: 5 Stars
It was great to revisit Cannie. This book keeps you engaged to the very end, even though I wasn't thrilled with the ending; this is still an excellent book.
