Book Reviews of Cars and People: How to Put the Two TogetherBook Review: Just basic stuff Summary: 3 Stars
Just basic stuff in my opinion. There are a couple of better ones by looking under automobile sales training. And no, contrary to what HARDLUCK says, I am not pushing any certain authors books. And NO. I am not Douglas Hensley or another reviewer named Melissa as Hardluck alludes to. Hardluck must be selling a competitive book here on Amazon to take the time to mention all of my reviews. Any reviews I have placed on here is simply my wife's or my own opinions on books that we personally own. As far as books written by Douglas Hensley and his wife Pattie you are correct HARDLUCK. I love everything Douglas Hensley writes and my wife personally owns all of Pattie Hensley's Cook Books, not to mention about 50 more cook books. The Hensley's have been on numerous TV Talk shows and Douglas Hensley has a book for sale on here titled "HELL'S GATE AND THE TERROR AT BOBBY MACKEY'S MUSIC WORLD" that is becoming the most talked about book on the planet. Douglas Hensley is primarily a Horror Writer and so far I love everything he writes. He has a movie out on ebay titled, BLOOD REAPER and from what I saw on TV his book Hell's Gate is going to be made into a box office movie because many paranormal investigators, psychics, Police and evey Clergy say this story is the most documented case of a haunting, poltergeist attacks and demon possession ever recorded. Hardluck, I hear that most libraries have Hell's Gate by Douglas Hensley. Why don't you go buy it and read it, if you like horror and true ghost stories like me; and then you put a real review on it. I DARE YOU. Again, don't anyone buy any book that I recommend. Buy it because you want it. Oh, by the way, I live in California and from what was said on TV the Hensley's live in Kentucky so it would really be hard for me an my wife to be Douglas and Pattie Hensley. I hope this clears this up. Good reading to all........
Book Review: Expected More Summary: 3 Stars
While the information obtained from reading this book was informative, I thought it was kind of weak compared to the way some previous readers raved about how great it was. Easy to read and sometimes even funny, but I think working as a green pea for 10 days has proved to be more enlightening each time I find out something new that my colleagues/peers or closer failed to tell me has been way more informative than this book. I'd recommend borrowing it. After reading it once, I don't think I'll ever reference the book again. Maybe good for some, but it didn't seem worth it to me. I've got a used one with less than 5 hours on it, if you're ready to buy, come inside and make me an offer. I'm sure I could make you a deal.
Book Review: Not Bad, But Not For The Experienced Sales Pro Summary: 3 Stars
Too much information. Any experienced guy will be disappointed with the book. The Sales Steps aren't bad but if you are looking for specifics on closing, the little lines that will close the customer in the box then this book has nothing. My first sales class was more informative. Not enough real world tools for any experienced sales guy, but this is a great book for a green pea. If this is the best the author has he wouldn't last a week at my dealership.
Book Review: Why is S Douglas "Scotty" slamming every car sales book but this one Summary: 3 Stars
Why is S Douglas "Scotty" slamming every car sales book but this one? I wonder if he actually owns all the books he has put negative reviews on? I also wonder if he works for Ziggy or maybe he is a friend of Ziegler and pushing this book for him. Ziggy does not need anyone to help him sell books. Take a look at all of S. Douglas "Scotty" reviews concerning car sales. He puts almost everyone of them down but praises this book. What's up with that?
Book Review: Where's the beef!! Summary: 2 Stars
Totally basic. Might help the green pea. If the author has 20 yrs. in the business sounds like he has only 6 months experience. Very weak on the various ways to work numbers this is what separates the men from the boys. Also weak in the commitment area. Basically nothing on what day to day tasks should be for salespeople when there not in front of customers. He just says get training. Also says "I decided not to include my worksheet" what? I wish my store was next to his we would have a field day with customers shopping his store. Glad I went with just the e-book version.
