Book Review: Almost perfect
Summary: 5 Stars

The 5 stars is because I've read the origional, but I suppose the people here don't have that privilage. Anyhow, why did they give Sakura some American girl accent? And the way Nakuru talks! "Same difference! It's not like I'm human!" She sounds like a vally girl!

Plus the spelling errors! I tell you they actually called Yue "Yueh" again once. And they still translate "Hoe" as "Phwee" or "Huh" and "Kyaaa" as "Yeek". They totally refuse to include Sakura's famous "Hanyan". And Kero's supposed to call Yukito "snow-bunny", not Sakura's boyfriend. They did some great improvising on american catch phrases as well.

Need I mention the part about name tags? In Angelic Layer, they translated it when Koutarou wants to be called "Koutaru-kun", but Tamayo calls him "Koutarou-chan". But here, when Tomoyo's supposed to start talking about "Sakura-chan Cards", She calles them "Miss Sakura Cards." Do I even need to comment? And Sakura would die before calling her Yukito-san "Yuki", which is Toya's special nickname for him.

Other than that, I think they did an OK job. Sorry, but I'm such a big fan that I wouldn't dream of not giving CCS things 5 stars (unless Cardcaptors was involved -_-.) Well anyway, I hope this helped. Ja ne!
