Have seen almost every publication offered by professional organizations, schools, public publishing companies. From beginners to those who have reached their business goals in real estate, this publication in in the upper ten percent. This book is well illustrated, but a bit slow in reading ... details are given mostly in the text not in the
diagrams. This book is very similar to Construction Materials by Olin, but much thinner. Missing are the many
tables and graphs, and usually relies on simple bar graphs for comparisons among different structural materials.
Overall it is fine but you might want to skip this if you already have similar texts.
