Book Review: Totally Rocks!

Britney and her mama,Lynne Spears, have grown-up as if they were sisters. They treat eachother with nothing but respect, love and loyalty. I have literally read this book over 30 times, and let me tell you-it's nothing but the best! Several times it mad me cry, Lynne says, and I qoute, "There's nothing better in life, than finding your meaning on this world-except maybe helping someone else find hers." Did you know Britney wasn't one of wealth until she started singing perfesionally? Their heaters broke, and in their house you could see your breath. They had nothing in the fridge to live off of, and they children, Britney, her older brother Brian, and little sister Jamielynne, didn't get an allowance, and sometimes weren't able to eat lunch at school, for they didn't have enough money! This book explains everything that a girl goes through, if you're poor and wear rags, or if you are rich and famous, doesn't matter, this book will explain it all, from a different perspective. My family has birthdays all around the sametime, I bought them all this book, and even my dad has read it more than once! My mom crys everytime she reads what Britney went through. Britney and Lynne Spears have done a wonderful job writing Britney's life story. The book chronicles Britney's entire life from her birth to after the release of "Oops, I Did It Again". The book shows that Britney wasn't always rich, in fact her family did go through some financial problems. Britney and Lynne also write about how from an early age Britney showed her talent for singing and dancing. I specifically enjoyed reading about Britney's childhood, there is a lot of information about young Britney that I loved reading about. It was also interesting to learn about how Britney got her record deal, and how nervous she and her mom were before her audition- the same one that ended up giving Britney a record deal! Britney and Lynne talk about mother-and-daughter issues, such as clothes, serious issues (such as sex and drugs), how to help each other over come obstacles, amd more. This was an awesome book, perfect for any Britney Spears fan. There were also tons of cool pictures, of Britney from when she was a baby, as a child, a teen, and all the way up to the year 2000. However, I feel as though Britney and Lynne should write another updated edition of the book soon, as it has been a while!Book Review: A Must-Have For Britney Fans & Otherwise!

This is a fantastic read! I read from cover to cover in about an hour or two. Not only does this account for Britney Spears' huge success, it also, let's you in to see what Britney is like behind the make-up and paparazzi! By the end of this book, I (honestly) felt like I understood what it would be like to be Britney. She really does see herself as a normal person and doesn't really understand what all the fuss is about. I quote (but not word for word) what Lynne Spears (Britney's mum) says in the book: "Britney will just look at me when a fan comes up to her as if to say 'I don't get it: It's just me!'" It also includes never-before-seen photos. These photos are on every single page in black & white (sometimes colour) except in the middle of the book where there are a couple of pages of nothing but colour pictures. Not a double page goes by where there isn't a photo. Even if you're not a huge fan of Britney's, if you just like to read autobiographies for the fun of it, or to see where these stars actually came from: this is the book for you!Book Review: Britney Rocks in the CDs and now in the books!

Well, i wasn't a huge fan of Britney Spears...i was justlooking for anything to buy...then i found this wonderful book! It wasso fun to read it! You know, her mom wrote a lot more than her (there are two kinds of letters in there: a little one and a bigger one; the little one is from her mother and the bigger one it's Britney's)...but still is one of the greatest books i've ever read...there's a lot of experiences well related in there, there's a great description of their relationship and a kind of guide to every mom of how to creat their children...i loved it...Britney seems so mature! The pictures are so great too...there are loads of pics when Britney was just a baby and a lot of her growing up! Just great! I used to think that Britney was a little fake but after this book, i just think that she's as wonderful as she looks like...maybe someday i'll meet her and tell her that! That's all...Buy it, you'll love it as i did!Book Review: A good, quick read

This book is not only for mothers and young girls reaching for the stars. This book is for anyone who enjoys a heart-warming story about a young woman working hard and striving for her dreams. It portrays the importance of family and friends, and the necessity that no matter how successful you are, you should never forget those closest to you. Furthermore, it portrays that with God, anything is possible.Britney has grown a lot in the past year, evident in the fact that she even decided to write this book. She is sweet, down-to-earth, and generous--as you will read about her charitable contributions. Despite all her success, she is surprisingly modest. She is indeed a role model for children and teenagers.
Reading this book is like sitting down with Britney and Mrs. Spears and listening to them tell stories about their past and present. It is a good, quick read and I highly recommend it.
