Book Review: Great reference resource

I've brewed maybe a dozen recipes from this book (or else adapted them and brewed a closely related version). If you want to acquire knowledge of traditional British Ale techniques and styles you can't do much better than this.
I find that using a simple set of ingredients, leaf hops, and liquid yeast generally produces an excellent result. I use the 23 liter formula for a 5 gallon batch.
These recipes were compiled with great care and with really detailed knowledge of the styles being represented, thanks to the authors for their work in providing this invaluable resource to homebrewers.
