Book Review: Great Book for the High School Runner
Summary: 5 Stars
As a cross country coach, I belive this book would be very motivating for runners on any team that are hungry for success. It's an easy, quick read, with a lot of descriptive content that truly brings out what it's like and what is necessary to be a strong competitive long distance runner. I bought everyone of the runners on my team a book for Christmas, hopefully it helps them this year with the summer training!

On a late July evening, two runners tear by each other in the middle of Elm Creek Nature Reserve. Their eyes meet.
