I should have listened to the bad reviews of this book. But, as a librarian, I trusted this publisher as well-known in the sports fields and wanted to improve my personal game. This book is terrible. It is poorly organized and poorly written. As a bowler with over 40 years' experience, even I did not understand most of the jargon. The "technique" descriptions (grip, stance, target, etc.) did nothing to explain how to implement or execute the technique - and the accompanying images didn't help a single bit. In fact, the whole book seemed like nothing more than a vehicle for the author to drop the names of pro bowlers. Don't purchase this book.
