Although this book wasn't quite as useful as I had hoped, I am still glad I bought it.
My only discontent is with items such as the poet's jacket - clever and beautiful, yes, but would a hard-working mom really spend weeks knitting something that will only be worn to a Halloween party or for a photo op? I also have mixed feelings about the designer's color choices. I'm glad she got away from baby pastels, but...
What I love are the basics designed with a twist, as the cover shows. I've already knitted the Sleep Sacque and love it.
