I have been reading Muscle Media (Bill Phillip's magazine) for years. He does not promote what does'nt work. His supplements (Experimental & Applied Sciences) which I had been using promoted great results as well. I checked out the preview of this and can say, just like all his other work, Body for Life is also going to be Class A work.
