I had bought a bunch of self-help type weight books, and a bunch of weight books that allowed you to accept yourself as is... i cant remember which group this was in... but it's so good - that's why!!
This is a great book in so many ways. It's not a diet or a quick-fix. It's something to read and think about, and read again - and work on. I like that. It involves YOU in the process - that's what it's all about. I would recommend this book for ever reason you can think of, and i've read ALOT of these type books, and usually dont like them.
