great sets for home...my K-G son took these in small doses (2 to 3 times a week) and got thru the first three sets in a few months...when he starts on a new set he likes to go back to the old set and see how fast and mistake free he can read the older sets...looking forward to the 4th set...Book Review: Bob books are great!

I love all of the Bob book sets. They have helped my daughter learn to read. We have paired them with Scholastic Sight Word Readers and her reading has really taken off! She will begin school in a year and a half and is already reading at a K.3 level.Book Review: Still Wonderful

Another wonderful set of Bob books. Nothing makes my 5 year old prouder than being able to read these books to everyone who comes over to visit. He's turning into a person who loves to read and these books have certainly helped a lot.Book Review: Great Books

If your child can already read single-phonogram words, this is a good next step to using two-letter phonograms and reading longer sentences. The BOB series is great for early readers, and I recommend the entire series.
