Disclaimer: I am a recent Michigan alum and I love my school and its football tradition. At the same time, I grew up out-of-state in a very different generation from when Bo coached at U of M. In all honesty, I had no idea who Bo was until I went to school at Michigan.
I recently finished reading this book, and I have to say that I truly want to read it again and or flip to my favorite sections. The book itself reads more like a discussion with Bo than anything else; he is talking directly to you rather narrating passively. It really feels like he is talking to you personally. Regarding the content, so many of the stories that he recounts will amaze you and show you what it means to have true character.
That being said, this book caters best to the football or business minded crowd since it focuses on the elements of leadership and how to create a great unit. Despite all that, Bo's wisdom is wide reaching and relevant to all, so I highly recommend it.
