Book Review: Food for Thought and Anna/Vickie's Justice

This book was incredible! Everything after the death of ANS has been documented and laid out for all of us to read (typos and all)- and make our opinions of HKS and Larry Birkhead shake.
I am a distant cousin of Anna's through the Taber's line. Although I never met Anna, as this family connection was just recently discovered, I was and am thoroughly convinced that Anna's sudden death was "helped" by one or more who were in her circle. JSYK: ANS wasn't highly educated or bred into a "high class" family with all the perks - she was from a low-income, struggling working class family with problems (like most all families), obviously some more serious than others. She had a dream to have a better life - any way she could - as most young struggling mothers with little or no resources do. Yes, she made some choices that not all of us would be comfortable with. But to her advantage, she had a beautiful face and body that out of the seedy strip clubs eventually made millions - for herself and others - and that was too much of a financial lure to keep the "boogie men" away.
Her adult issues are reflected from a lifetime of personal and family struggles. By the time she finally "made it" a good portion of her "down-home good sense" had been dulled by drinking, drugs, bad relationships, false expectations, and the "smoke 'n mirrors" of Hollywood - a prime target for the "Boogie Men". So with that, there is no surprise that once she gained "Celebrity Status" and was introduced on a much grander scale to her vices, by pure access and ease of availablity, that her life would begin to cloud and unravel.
The only way I can describe Anna/Vickie was like a graceful bird with a broken wing: once magestic and soaring freely high above the land...until the rain fell and the sky went dark.
Rest In Peace, Sweet Mama Vickie Lynn.
