John Graden runs the Martial Arts Teachers' Association now and has written many other books on the subject of running a school. This is a very industry specific book with information that I have not found in any other book. This is not business 101 with martial arts sprinkled in. This is a book by a martial artist about the martial arts business. If you can only get one book on the subject, this is it.
