Book Review: Amazon hasn't delivered!

I looked at this book at my local bookstore and really liked what I saw, so I asked for it for Christmas 2009. My daughter ordered it for me from Amazon, back in mid-November 2009. It was 'temporarily' out of stock, but would be shipped when it became available. Well, here it is, January 22, 2010, and IT IS STILL 'TEMPORARILY' OUT OF STOCK! Come on Amazon, if you can't ship something in a reasonable time, why even advertise it? I am complaining about Amazon in this review because Amazon does not provide any another way to publicly comment on their service, like they do with their other vendors! (I suppose I could use their forum, but that wouldn't necessarily alert a potential customer to a problem with this particular product on this product page.)
