Book Review: PREDICTABLE!!!

This book was a TOTAL disappointment! Authors of interracial romance have to REALLY change up the rather predictable equation that readers pay for: good looking, rich man with a broken heart falls for beautiful, rich damsel in distress. By page 41 this couple is already kissing!!! Lily Jordan accepts a rest stay at Dr. Phillip Cardeoneaux's sprawling mansion... how realistic is all of this - to continue the equation; hunk's mother hates beautiful damsel. Throw in a few characters around the two main ones, along with beautiful damsel in distress' `troubling dark secret' and a $7.00 `romance' book is born!
Shame on Indigo for taking advantage of loyal readers! This book demonstrates a pattern of commercialism that is on the same lines on meaninglessness as the romances that are on the shelves geared towards women having sex with animals (Wolves and the like...) This book is good for a door stop! Makes me want to write a romance of my own!
DON'T FORGET - ROMANCE READERS ARE INTELLIGENT!!! In all my years of being an Amazon customer - I have never given such a poor raiting - but I have had enough!
