Book Review: If you leak, read this book!!!!
Summary: 5 Stars
This book explained that "I'm not alone" in my problem of leaking urine or stool. With places to "check off" in the book, I could more easily talk to my physician about my problems. And the illustrations explained so much that I didn't understand about my body. Most importantly, the exercises are working! And they are easy to do. A simple read, with good, solid information and advice, written in an understandable way. Hooray! The author, a physical therapist, is someone who is not afraid to write about a topic often thought of as "taboo" in our culture! Good for her! Now I don't have to worry when I laugh! Now, good for me!
