Book Review: Great crockery cookbook!

Just a few lines to let all you vegetarians know that this book has an entire section of vegetarian dishes. I've tried all of them (some more than once) and they are all good. I usually make 1/2 the recipe and have enough for one dinner and one lunch. I need to pay more attention though: I walked by the crock pot the other day and there the lid was, perched like an Easter bonnet, atop an ever-growing mound of bulgar. I can't blame that Betty though because this Betty was daydreaming while measuring. Anyway, I dumped the mound into a larger crock pot, added more liquid and finished cooking it. In spite of all that, the dish was still good. I bet the meat dishes would be equally good. Finally, some of the side dishes are meatless too and delicious. Try the sweet potatoes and applesauce. I really recommend this book. It looks good, the photography is wonderful, it lies flat because it's spiral bound, and it doesn't take forever to make the dishes. Now, if Betty would write an entire crockery vegetarian book, yummmm ......
