I bought this book after watching the movie abotu the life of Beatrix Potter. The stories are so charming ! my daughter reads a little bit everyday and she just cannot get enough of the illustrations. It is a perfect way of getting some extra vocabulary in on a daily basis.Book Review: Enchanting

This book is so different than the average children stories! My 4year old loves it, mostly for the illustrations, I love it for the language used. The descriptions are wonderful, if only I could speak or write this way. It exposes us both to great timeless stories.

I loved listening to the quirky reality of Beatrix Potter's world as a child and I know have a copy of Beatrix Potter Complete Tales R/I (Hardcover) which I read to my 5 y.o. boy and 3 y.o. girl who love every nuance.
