I read this book many years ago and found it to be so delightful and so "truly southern". I have purchased "Beach Music" to give to friends and acquaintances at various times in their lives when I felt the book could aid with their own circumstances. It is a book of laughter, tears and human growth...it is a book about life, lived everyday, by all of us.
Summary of Beach Music

Beach Music is about Jack McCall, an American living in Rome with his young daughter, trying to find peace after the recent trauma of his wife's
suicide. But his solitude is disturbed by the appearance of his sister-in-law, who begs him to return home, and of two school friends asking for his help in
