I was so surprised to recive my purchase in less time than promised, and I was so happy to get the 100th Anniversary edition. I like to make jams and jellies and this book has wonderful ideas. It is very easy to read and it has a lot of information. I'm now considering buying a pressure canner to can veggies. It has very good information about other types of food preservation, which I think will save my money. It's a very helpful book for begginers, like me.
