This is a must have for anyone new to canning, or in need of a quick reference. All of the basics are covered and anyone can, following the instructions, begin canning their own food. And it is an excellent quick reference for those with experience.
Book Review: Clear and Concise Summary: 5 Stars
Clear instructions. On top of hot water bath and pressure canning it also includes freezing and dehydrating preserving methods. This book has low acid recipes for vegatables and beef. If you are begining canning this is the book you want to have.

I received the book in brand new condition and very expeditiously. It contained everything I was hoping it would and has helped me tremendously. My only wish was that I had been able to get a hardback version. Otherwise I'm totally delighted.
Book Review: "Great "Balls" of Fire" Summary: 5 Stars
This book was great! I have 2 other books which I read before receiving the Ball Book but I endended up using the Ball. The visuals and instructions helped the process move along like "Balls of Fire" smoothly. I highly recommend the Ball Book.
