This reviewer is exactly the VICTIM that can be helped by this book. This book helps us to GROW from victim to survivor or volunteer. Despite permanent changes in one's physiology, the attitude to move from an old life to a new life is the point clearly made here - it is our new attitude that catapults us forward. It is not that the reviewer above cannot benefit from this book - but rather WILL not benefit from it.
