Book Review: Best Book on Meat Smoking Ever Summary: 5 Stars
This is by far the best book for the novice and experienced smoke chef ever as far as I'm concerned. It gives a lot of tips and recipes for about anything you would ever think of putting in a smoker. It is an easy read with lot of information.

I always enjoy a cookbook that teaches you how things work rather that just presenting a bunch of recepies. This does just that. I have prepared several of the recepies that are included in the book and they are fantastic.

Chef Richards book gives good help to both the beginning backyard bbq'er or an "old pro" on the bbq circuit! Lots of good recipes--can't wait to try some of the seafood selections.
