This is a great review book. It outlines the important concepts in neurophysiology, cardiology, respiratory and renal physiology. The outline goes straight to the point, the tables are nicely organized to pick up the simmilarities and/or differences, and the diagrams are excellent to understand concepts.Book Review: buy it!

i really like the author's clear explanations and organization of the book. this is basically an outline of her physiology textbook, which is also great. i only wish that brs physiology had more color charts/diagrams/images. for the cost of the book, i think it's a reasonable request.Book Review: This is the Physio Book

I used this book as an MS1 and it saved my ut in physio. Now in combination with Rapid Review Pathology is the prefect way to get the material together that you need for the Boards!
You cannot go into the Boards without ever using this book- it's just that good!

I've so far just been using this to review the basics of physiology in preparation for tests. It's great for helping to establish a skeleton for learning. You may need to look up some finer details, but the vast majority of what you need is right here.Book Review: Best title in the series!

I think this is the best BRS there is. I used this book for course exam prep as well as board review. It is a great tool to highlight important concepts, and it explains things in a simple and effective way with the right amount of information.
