This is one of the best books I have ever read. I would highly recommend it to any one interested in spirituality, India, history, Yoga and just life. Slow start, but interesting, inspiring and really a classic. I ran into the book after someone recommended it to me, and I am so glad I did....my favorite parts about the living saint Babji and the miracles the author witnessed. Fun and thought provoking. This book, if you can believe what is in its pages, contains the secrets for the attainment of nirvana. Paramahansa Yogananda was a saint, and his life was touched my many powerful yogis, swamis, and Christ like individuals. This book explains the limitations of the old and new testaments and what they were trying to explain. The spiritual depth, wisdom and heart quality of this book are life changing to tens of thousands of people around the world. If I had not read this book, I would have been dead.
