Authentic work on Eternal Knowledge and Truth - nothing primitive, nothing mundane, no dogmas, non-sectarian. The eternal knowledge / truth in this book is timeless and universal. A must-have in a seeker's library.
This is one of the top books in my library.

I have waited my whole life for this book. It is not just another good book, it is the answer to the quest for science's Theory Of Everything. This book can change not only your life, but the lives of many of those around you. Paramahansa Yogananda knows the BIg Picture. Of the literally THOUSANDS of books I have read in my search, this is the only one that I can say is the 'real deal.' This makes "The Secret" look like a kindergarden primer.Book Review: Wonderfully Enchanting !

This book seems like a book of fiction, so much it is unbelievable. The world of yogis is pictured in the most clarity. It make you feel as if you were there. I have always loved this lineage of the wonderful Master Babaji and this book was the instigator.
For those who would like to read a different perspective of the yogis. Swami Rama's Meeting with himalayan masters is another great one.

I appreciate being able to find this book in such good condition, used, via Amazon. The story is timeless, deeply spiritual, and inspirational. I read lots of books on religion and spirituality and don't know why I haven't read it already. The content is rich and well written. I can only digest a few pages at a time. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in how eastern religious and spiritual beliefs came to be in the US.Book Review: A first step into your spiritual advancement

I was fortunate to know about this book from one of my teachers during a casual spiritual/academic discussions. He had mentioned about a chapter on Kriya yoga for accelerating spiritual advancement. What I found in this book was more than I was expecting. It was only after I read the entire book I realized that it has changed my life forever. My perception of the physical world has changed and my life is happier since then.
