I am awaiting my 3rd copy of the DVD. The first two had defective disks. I tried them on three different Macs and they never worked. Hopefully the third one will work. I had the same problem with this publisher years ago with FCP.
BTW, Amazon has been terrific, overnighting replacement copies of the product. The publisher's poor quality control must be costing Amazon a bundle in delivery charges.

if you're trying to teach yourself [ like me ] and hit a snag -like not being able to drag & drop keywords - then the learning is over [ page 92 for me ]. there is no way to contact ben long or the other authors. now, this expensive book gathers dust. a little support goes a long way for a joe snap like me.Book Review: Aperture 2
