Book Review: I'm glad I have it!

I'm new to AC so after I ordered a copy online I picked up this guide to study up. I'm glad I did! It is extremely informative and, although there are a few mistakes in it, it is overall very helpful.
The contents include:
Introduction- Tells about the game and how to use the book.
Starting Out- Walks you through your first time playing the game and getting everything started up
Out on the Town- Gives you the basics of what is available in town, who you meet and what you can do.
City Folk- Same as above, only details the animals and activities available in the city.
Neighbors and Friends- Lists all of the people you will meet either working in town, the city, or wandering about during special events. It also shows potential neighbors divided by species and their birthdays/favorite sayings.
Special Events: Month by month breakdown of events for each month, insects and fish available that month and a calender with character's birthdays.
Home Sweet Home- Shows house upgrades and gives pointers on using Feng Shui and items to earn points with the Happy Room Academy.
Furniture Catalog- Page upon page of available furniture organized by set including buy price, sell price, and where you can buy the piece.
Clothing and Apparel- Just as above, but with apparel, of course!
Collectibles- Shows the Gyroids, Fossils, bugs and fish as well as their sell price and (with bugs and fish) where to find them. It also provides information on available paintings, paint, tools, plants, shells, fruits, turnips, K.K. Slider songs and special items. There is a chart showing what month and time to find the fish and bugs.
