I filled this book out when I was mad at my significant other. It forced me to compliment him as well as see his shortcomings, putting words to them as well as how I see myself. This book really saved our relationship, and opened up the lines of communication. I highly recommend this book for anyone who has a hard time talking to their partner (like me), because the book asks questions that prompt you.I hope most people who have this book view it the same... as something that DOES deepen the love between two people.

I purchased this book for my husband and I right before we had our first child. It was put away until a few weeks after our son was born. Once it was brought back out, we had great fun taking the quiet times to fill out a page or two. Its amazing the things that you find out, that you may never have known without the Book of Us. I would recommend this to anyone who is in a long term relationship that is solid...there are a few tough quesitons! VERY much so worth the money!Book Review: Very cool book!

My husband and I have been together for 10 years & married for 9. I didn't know until we did this book together that the thing he most hopes to see in the fridge is grape juice. Sounds silly, but now I make sure we always have some on hand. Of course some of the questions are heavier, but the book is a great way to learn new things about each other and affirm some of the reasons why you fell in love in the first place. This book is fantastic. I bought it to fill it out alone, to just think about my relationship with the help of some questions but, unexpectedly, my boyfriend wanted to fill it out together. It really helped us discuss subjects we would never have brought up without this book. It was as if I interviewed my boyfriend with all the questions I want to know the answers to but would have never asked. My husband and I bought this book shortly after we got married and took our time to fill it in. What a great book of questions for newlyweds! We learned a lot more about one another, and the book provided a great way to communicate. It's also nice to have our answers written down for later reference. We recommend this to all our friends who are getting married or are in serious relationships.
