I bought the book because it was a required textbook for a class on Photoshop I am taking. I have two other book on Photoshop, but this one clearly became my favorite. It is written in easy and understandable language. I downloaded all the practice picture so I learn using the same pictures as the author. Kudos to Ben Willmore for this easy to understand Photoshop primer. As with the previous version I have, this edition works for everyone, the rank beginner to the advanced photophile. Process is easy to follow, well illustrated and the accompanying files are a real asset. I use this book as a text for my computer grahics course at a college in BC. This is a truly excellent CS2 book - Willmore explains the why - behind the how to many of the critical processes necessary for understanding CS2. I highly recommend this book, it is the best overall CS2 book on the market period.
