Acing Civil Procedure is a new study aid by Professor A. Benjamin Spencer of the University of Richmond School of Law. This exciting new title features an innovative method of content organization, utilizing a checklist format that leads students through the questions they need to ask themselves in order to fully evaluate the legal problem they are trying to solve. By including the checklists, Professor Spencer provides students with the tools they need to conduct this navigation. Many other study aids provide sample problems for students to work on, but none provides the type of systematic approach to problem solving that can be found in Acing Civil Procedure.
