Book Reviews of A Wrinkle in Time (Madeleine L'Engle's Time Quintet)Book Review: This book is great- don't underestimate young readers! Summary: 5 Stars
I have heard some people say this book is too confusing for young readers. Personally, this book became a favorite when I read it for the first time at 10 years, and it's still a favorite now that I'm 24. Sure, I may not have understood it all that first time, but the message-- love is the best way to conquer evil-- is understandable to all ages. And it did a lot to get me interested in math and science, and look where that got me-- I'm a 2nd-year veterinary student

Book Review: A Lifelong Favorite Summary: 5 Stars
I received this book as a present for my eigth birthday, and almost 20 years later it is still the book I turn to on rainy days. Buy it for your children, or buy it for yourself! This book is a wonderful introduction to the Murray family, and you may follow them through three generations in later books. I think that many of my ideals of a good family life come from Madeline L'Engle's books, and I compare my life to these characters on at least a monthly basis.
Book Review: An Amazing Read! Summary: 5 Stars
In a world where we constantly srive to better ourselves and the generations that follow us, this book stands out as being one that actually helps in this. The book stimulates young minds to understand some of the most complex and profound theories in the scientific field today. I remember reading this book in elementary school, very young, and loving it. I learned a lot from it, and what's more, I enjoyed it! A must read for any children, teens, and adults.
Book Review: Deep Summary: 5 Stars
I read this book when I was 10 or 11, and much of it went straight over my head. My college philosophy teacher recommended it, so I decided to try again. It really does give one a lot to think about, so I'll have to follow Dr. Peterson's example and recommend it to you, regardless of what age you may be at this time. My only complaint about this book is that it ended rather abruptly. My plan is to find the companion works and see if they remedy that.
