This book is mainly a progressive learning book based on tons of exercises and brief instructions. Some notes to consider when buying this book: (1) you must be able to read sheet music, and (2) you have to be extremely patient and willing to sacrifice your time. In all, this well-constructed book is a bargain compared to its price, so if you're a serious guitarist get this book.
