Book Reviews of A Lion's Tale: Around the World in SpandexBook Review: Awsome Read whether you like Wrestling or Not Summary: 5 Stars
I might be a bit biased because I'm a Jericholic but this is probably the best Wrestling autobiography I've ever read and just an overall great autobiography.
It is filled with great tales of the rise of Y2J and just funny little jokes sprinkled throughout that keeps the reader interested.
Quite the easy read and you'll be finished reading it in no time. But don't fret because there is a sequel, Undisputed which is also a 5 star read.
Book Review: Around the World indeed Summary: 5 Stars
Jericho chronicles his travels from his very beginning interest in pro wrestling to his debut as a WWE Superstar. This has less to do about wrestling as it has to do with his experiences traveling the World in pursuit of working the major league of wrestling the, WWE. It's a great collection of stories and memories from his world travels within the wrestling business and I highly recommend it for any wrestling bio fan.
Book Review: Best wrestler book available Summary: 5 Stars
Of the six wrestler bio-books (Flair, Batista, Hart, Lita, Bischoff, Jericho) I've read this one is by far the best. Jericho is honest about his faith, drive for success, his missteps, etc. He's broken the book into sections based on the countries he's wrestled in (i.e. Canada, Mexico, Germany, Japan, USA) and has tons of fun stories. His writing style is smooth and easy to read; only took me 4 days.
Book Review: Lance Storm and the Lions Den Summary: 5 Stars
This was flat out the best wrestling book that I have ever read, and I read them all. He goes in depth about his training history, breaking into the business, what his goals were, the good and the bad. I can not say enough good things about this book. He is as honest as you can get.
PS: There is an added bonus in this book if you are a Lance Storm fan.
Book Review: Chris Jericho's book Summary: 5 Stars
If you are a wrestling fan, then you will like this book. Chris is funny at times and gives you his perspective on the wrestling business from when he started to when he finally reached the "big" show.(WWE) He talks about some of the famed wrestlers in the business and how easy or hard they are to work with. I thouroghly enjoyed this book.
