Book Review: Jericho Writes a Winner

Chris Jericho is an entertaining wrestler and musician. Here, he became an entertaining author.
While the book contains the standard bio stuff, Jericho's voice is clearly heard throughout. The secret to a good bio is to make it seem like the author is just telling his story and Jericho accomplishes this.
While I think he pulls a few punches in discussing some people and events, I think he stayed pretty close to telling the whole story. He even speaks honestly a bit about the Chris Benoit tragedy.
Jerichoholics and wrestling fans in general will love this book.

Fozzy....All That Remains Reloaded.......the greates musical recording in the history of recorded music. A Lion's Tale....the greatest literary work ever unleashed upon mankind. Ok, but it is a great CD that took me completely by surprise. If your a wrestling fan (more so from the late 90s) do yourself a favour and buy, borrow or steal a copy of this book, even if your not a big reader you won't want to put it down. I lent it to a couple of friends of mine who also watch wrestling and they too found it highly entertaining. If your not or have never been a wrestling fan then you may not care for it and lose interest at least thats the opinion I got from someone else I lent it to, however if you do fit this category what are you doing looking up jericho's autobiography?Book Review: Jerico is as real as it gets

Simply put Chris Jerico's book is in the same category as Mick Foley's when it comes to being genuine. It details his journey from wrestling lucha in Mexico to wrestling in bars to wrestling at birthday parties in his slow climb to the top of the ladder. He is one of life's good guys who doesn't mind discussing embarrassing moments with the reader for the sake of a good laugh. I have read 40 or 50 wrestling autobiographies and this one is definitely top 5 or top 10.
