The story is about a doctor, Jayce, who goes to a South American country as some sort of a secret agent. Nothing much ever happens with that angle of the book. It's a yawn.

Thw sex scenes are not what one expects from a book billed as erotica. Many mainstream novels have sex scenes that are more interesting. The so-called hero was a power tripping jerk. Jayce, the heroine, was not a character that inspired sympathy. I didn't care about her, or really even like her much.
