Someone gave us the original of this book when we had our first child, 34 years ago. It fascinated us, and i checked the pictures of "my baby" almost daily through pregnancy. In this day of so many ultra sound pictures, maybe it doesn' seem so miraculous, but it's beautiful and almost lyrical.Book Review: Great pictures

The pictures in this book are beautiful and detailed. Well worth the money. If I could change just one thing it would be to add even more pictures as the book tends to skip over a few weeks here and there. Beautiful full color images of all parts the pregnancy. I was referred to get this book by another teacher who said she gave it as a gift at a baby shower and it was a big hit. Includes images from a 3-D ultrasound, progression of baby growth, and other cool pictures.Book Review: Wonderful Pics

This is an exceptional book. I first read it 35 years ago when my daughter was born and am still excited about it with my son whose girlfriend is pregnant with twins. We have discussed many chapters and learned much about the pre-oxygen life of babies.
