Book Review: I guess you don't remember

I had these books as a child fifty plus years ago. I remember them as being well colored drawings with big print which could be read by a child. I also remember they were bound, if you can call it that, in hard cardboard covers with the pages glued in somehow so that they didn't quite stay open. I don't remember how much they cost, but they were not at all expensive which was good because most of our families didn't have a lot of money to spend on books. But I and many of the grandparents of today remember them gratefully. I think the woman who complained about the binding is expecting something different and is losing the essence of what these books really were.
