Book Review: Great for Improving Your Drumming
Summary: 5 Stars
This book serves it's purpose, as does it's title. There are tons of exercises, and the way you use them are pretty much up to you. The reason many have problems with this book is because it is very advanced and requires a lot of time, patience and practice. If you're serious about improving in your drumming, you will not be dissapointed and will value the outcome. Again, it's not a beginner book in the sense that it requires a lot of effort and many don't realize that (hence the few stars given by others) but even they admit the book will serve purpose for a serious drummer. As a side note, my student is 13 and she can do the exercises. The exercises themselves are not hard to read, it's the implementation and how good you want to execute them that makes it difficult. But in reality even a serious beginner would benefit greatly.
Thinnest book in my collection...but the hardest.
