I have found this book a great reference for MS Office 2007, I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn more about MS Office 2007 from beginners to advanced users.
This is my second purchase from the inside out book series and having the book on CD is an excellent way to quickly search for references and easier to carry than the book while away from home/office.

I don't normally read Office-related books as I've been a PC user and techie for so long. But with Office 2007 Microsoft changed so much I felt I needed a refresher. I hate the Ribbon toolbar btw, but Office 2007 does have many improvements.Book Review: Excellent for Beginner to Intermediate

This book is pretty good for somebody that doesn't know anything about using Microsoft Office. If you are an advanced user, this book is too basic.
