I love to cook and tried several receipts in Julie Hasson's book.
I found the directions very easy to follow and the receipts turned out yummy. I especially liked the Chocolate Expresso Cake. I made it for my girlfriends birthday and it was a big hit. My daughter had some friends over for a slumber party and I made the Vancouver Bars. I think they were gone before I left the room.
I would recommend this book for everyones collection.

Terrific book with a nice variety of recipes. I've tried about 4 different recipes so far and the cupcakes have all turned out moist and delicious. The recipe directions are simple and I love the fact that the recipes turn out 12 cupcakes which is just the right number for my household. I highly recommend the Coconut Cupcakes with the Cream Cheese Frosting recipe. These were moist and not overly dense. This book is definitely a keeper.Book Review: Cupcake heaven

My first cupcake recipe book and I LOVE it. The recipes are easy to follow and my chocolate cupcakes turned out to be exceedingly delicious.
The only thing missing for me personally are pictures. I love to see a picture of EACH cupcake described in the book - I think here are only 10 in total.
Still - a MUST have for any cupcake addict

This is a beautiful book. Easy to read and easy to follow directions. Lots of recipes that can be mixed and matched to create well over 125 combinations. Excellent. I am on my fifth recipe in this cookbook. Every recipe has been great. They are all different. If you follow the very precise instructions you can not go wrong. Most all of the recipes make 12 cupcakes, which is good to try all the recipes. I am waiting on bananas to ripen to try my sixth batch.
