Book Reviews of 1,000 Places to See Before You Die: A Traveler's Life ListBook Review: Cute little gift book, nothing special Summary: 3 StarsNice to give as a gift for someone you can't otherwise figure out what to get, but honestly, found it quite boring overall and not particularly original. Stuck it on a shelf somewhere where it will now stay until and unless I can't come up with a vacation spot I want to go to without it..... right... that's going to happen.
Book Review: Gotta go there! Summary: 4 StarsGreat book for dreaming! Almost a little overwhelming, but definitely has some great ideas for where to go and what to see. It's organized by regions, states, countries, etc. so if you're planning a trip you can be sure and get all the sites on your itinerary. Great gift for newlyweds so they can start early making sure they see it all!
Book Review: She is missing wonderful places. Summary: 2 StarsI received it as a birthday gift and first thing I did was looking for a place in Central America, El Salvador and there is nothing about this country. There a so many amazing places to enjoy in this country.
Book Review: vary good Summary: 5 Starsthis is a good book if you plan to travel the world gives lots of detail.
Book Review: difficult read Summary: 4 StarsThis book is interesting and helpful, but not a book to just read through. It can be difficult to get through, not because I can't understand what she's saying, just because she writes in a complex way that doesn't lend itself to an easy read. More of a book to pick up when you're already going somewhere and say, "What can we do at such-and-such?"
